These Affiliate Program Terms apply to all affiliates, partners, publishers, and other participants in the Cindori affiliate program. By applying to, joining, or participating in the program, you agree to follow these terms.
Program Purpose
The Cindori affiliate program is intended for partners who introduce new customers to Cindori products through genuine recommendations, educational content, reviews, tutorials, newsletters, videos, communities, or other approved promotional channels.
We may approve, reject, suspend, or remove affiliates at our discretion.
Approved Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote Cindori through honest, accurate, and non-misleading content, including:
- Product reviews and comparisons
- Tutorials and educational content
- Newsletters and editorial recommendations
- Videos, podcasts, and social media content
- Communities or websites where the affiliate adds meaningful context or value
All claims about Cindori products must be accurate and must not imply a relationship, endorsement, certification, or authorization beyond participation in the affiliate program.
Coupon, Deal, Cashback, and Voucher Sites
Coupon, deal, cashback, loyalty, browser-extension, voucher, promo-code, and similar sites are not permitted unless explicitly approved by Cindori in writing.
Affiliates may not publish, imply, or advertise coupon codes, discounts, sales, promotions, exclusive offers, verified deals, official offers, or similar claims unless the specific offer was provided or approved by Cindori.
Affiliates may not use misleading claims such as:
- Verified coupon
- Active promo code
- Official authorized offer
- Best price
- Exclusive discount
- Working coupon
- Limited-time sale
- Sitewide discount
unless the specific wording and offer were approved by Cindori in writing.
Search, Ads, and Brand Terms
Affiliates may not bid on, advertise against, or otherwise target Cindori brand terms in paid search, paid social, app store ads, shopping ads, display ads, or similar paid placements without written approval.
Restricted brand terms include Cindori, Sensei, Backdrop, Trim Enabler, product names, misspellings, typo domains, and phrases that imply an official Cindori discount or coupon.
Affiliates may not use domains, subdomains, page titles, metadata, ads, or social accounts that could mislead users into believing the affiliate is Cindori or an official Cindori property.
Prohibited Activity
The following activity is not permitted:
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, or automatic affiliate link activation
- Self-referrals or purchases made primarily to earn commission
- Misleading coupon, discount, cashback, or deal claims
- Fake reviews, fake testimonials, or fabricated product claims
- Spam, unsolicited email, or unsolicited direct messages
- Trademark misuse, typo domains, impersonation, or confusingly similar branding
- Incentivized traffic that has not been approved by Cindori
- Traffic from illegal, adult, hateful, deceptive, malware, piracy, or otherwise harmful content
- Any promotion that violates applicable law, platform rules, or payment provider rules
Commissions
Commissions are earned only on valid, tracked, approved purchases that comply with these terms.
Commissions may be declined, reversed, withheld, or adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, duplicate tracking, non-incremental coupon interception, policy violations, or other activity that conflicts with the purpose of the program.
Commission rates, cookie duration, hold periods, payout thresholds, and eligible products may change over time.
Refunds and Chargebacks
If a referred purchase is refunded, charged back, canceled, or otherwise reversed, the related commission may be reversed or marked as refunded.
Payouts and Tax Information
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout, invoice, tax, and contact information when requested. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting and compliance.
Cindori may withhold payout until required payout, invoice, or tax information is complete.
Content and Trademarks
Affiliates may use Cindori product names and approved assets only to accurately promote Cindori products. Affiliates may not register, purchase, or use domains, social handles, ads, or branding that impersonate Cindori or create confusion with Cindori products.
Removal From the Program
Cindori may suspend or remove an affiliate from the program at any time. If an affiliate is removed for policy violations, pending commissions may be declined or withheld.
