• What's included in my purchase?

  Purchasing Backdrop removes the watermark and gives you access to our entire library of thousands of high-quality wallpapers, plus new content added regularly. You can also create custom scenes using your own images and videos. Your purchase includes future updates, new features, bug fixes, and developer support.

• Does it work with multiple displays?

  Yes. Backdrop supports multi-monitor setups, and you can choose which display to play different scenes on.

• Do I need an account?

  There is no account registration required, but if you want to use the Community Platform you need to be logged in to your Apple iCloud account on your Mac.

• What's the difference between subscription and lifetime?

  Subscription plans give you ongoing access to Backdrop with automatic updates as long as your subscription is active. The lifetime license is a One-Time Purchase, where you own your copy of Backdrop forever without any recurring fees.

• How do I activate my license after purchase?

  After purchase, you'll receive an email with your license key. Simply enter this key in the Backdrop app under Settings > License to activate your full access. If you didn't receive an email, please check your spam folder.

• Can I cancel anytime?

  Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from our License Manager. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing period.

• Can I get a refund?
