What is Paddle?

Paddle is a payments company based in the UK & US which sells the apps on our website on our behalf. When you purchase any of our apps, everything from payments to license key delivery and activation is managed by Paddle.

Getting support for your order

Since orders on our website are processed through Paddle, it is not possible for us to personally assist you with problems related to your order, such as changing your email address.

We offer a License Manager which can help you look up your orders with Paddle, including retrieving receipts and license keys, as well as updating subscriptions.

If you have an issue with your license key, payment, or other problem related to your purchase that can not be resolved in the License Manager, you should get in contact with Paddle.
